The 504 was also assembled in other countries. For example in Argentina, South Africa, Taiwan, China, Australia and New Zealand. Mostly countries where infrastructure had not yet reached the level of that in Europe. In total, more than 3.7 million Peugeots 504 were produced and driven up until it really stopped working.
