This location had previously been a blacksmith shop, built in 1921, and served as a factory for NV Brandt&#8217;s Machinefabriek en Constructiewerkplaats (Machine Factory and Construction Workshop). The building was renovated and expanded to accommodate the car repair shop of Peugeot dealer J.A.M. Nefkens NV.
